Terms of Use

1. Authorized use only

Optimus is provided solely for authorized TAG personnel. Access requires a Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) work or school account on the TAG tenant, and is restricted to @theadvisorgroup.com identities. It is not a public service and is not intended for use by the general public or by external/guest accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Optimus only for legitimate TAG business. You will not:

• share your credentials or let others use your account;
• access, or attempt to access, data or workflows you are not authorized to use;
• circumvent, disable, or probe the platform’s security or access controls;
• upload or process data you are not authorized to handle, or use the platform in violation of TAG policy or applicable law.

3. Confidential and client data

Optimus processes confidential business information and personal information relating to group benefits plans and their members. You must handle all such information in accordance with TAG’s policies and applicable privacy law, and must not export, copy, or retain it outside of approved systems.

4. Availability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for internal use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and all related materials are owned by TAG or its licensors and are provided for internal use only.

6. Termination of access

Access may be granted, limited, or revoked at any time at TAG’s discretion — including on change of role or separation — without notice.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
