Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Identity (from Microsoft Entra ID). Your name, work email / user principal name, and tenant and account identifiers — used to authenticate you and control access.
• Usage and job data. Records of the workflows you run, including timestamps, status, and audit logs.
• Inputs you submit. Files and data you provide to run a workflow (for example, renewal or benefits documents).

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• authenticate you and authorize access to features and data;
• run the automation workflows you request;
• maintain security, audit, and operational logs;
• operate, maintain, and improve the platform.

3. Authentication via Microsoft

Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra ID. You are redirected to Microsoft to authenticate, and Optimus never receives or stores your password. Microsoft’s handling of your sign-in is governed by Microsoft’s own privacy statement.

4. Service providers

The platform is hosted on Render (web frontend) and Microsoft Azure (backend processing). These providers process data on TAG’s behalf under their respective terms. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

5. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the platform and to meet audit, security, and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with TAG policy.

6. Security

Access is limited to authenticated TAG users, sign-in is restricted to the organization’s directory, and data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply controls appropriate to an internal business platform.
